At Voultie, we work hard to ensure your order arrives as quickly and safely as possible. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.


Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–5 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer — we appreciate your patience.


Estimated Delivery Times

Once shipped, estimated delivery times are as follows:

🇺🇸 United States: 5–9 business days
🇬🇧 United Kingdom: 7–14 business days
🇪🇺 European Union: 7–14 business days
🇨🇦 Canada: 8–15 business days
🇦🇺 Australia: 10–18 business days
🌍 Rest of World: 10–20 business days

These are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier, and customs processing.


Shipping Carriers

We work with trusted international carriers to deliver your order. The carrier assigned to your shipment will depend on your location and order size.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to track your package in real time. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active after you receive your shipping confirmation.


Customs & Import Duties

For international orders, your shipment may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes upon arrival in your country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the sole responsibility of the customer. Voultie has no control over customs processes and cannot predict associated costs or delays. We recommend checking your country's import regulations before placing an order.


Shipping Delays

While we always aim to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to high order volumes, carrier disruptions, extreme weather conditions, customs clearance processing, or other factors outside our control. Voultie is not responsible for such delays but will do our best to assist you in tracking your order.


Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking information shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, please first check with neighbors and any safe locations on your property. If you are still unable to locate your package, contact us at sac@voultie.com within 7 days of the delivery confirmation date. We will open an investigation with the carrier on your behalf.


Please note that Voultie is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier. However, we will always do our best to assist in resolving the situation.


Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at sac@voultie.com. We will do our best to update the address before shipment, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order has been dispatched. Voultie is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.


Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal of customs duties, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.


EU Customer Rights

Customers in the European Union have the right to receive their order within 30 days of purchase unless a different delivery period was agreed upon at checkout, in accordance with EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU. If delivery is not completed within this period, you have the right to cancel your order and receive a full refund.
